This is one of the
best results from ‘cold-calling’ that Keith and I
have ever achieved. The new owners, Ruth and Michael
Philbin, moved in about 2 days before our visit in
September. They are the first residents of this
converted corn mill, and are only just beginning to
find out what they have got, although Michael was
attracted to the building many years ago, and has
therefore now fulfilled a dream. See more
